I went to these protests to document them, but more importantly to stick up for black lives. That meant knowing when it was time to put the camera down. As a white person I will march with you, I will put myself in front of you, I will use my privilege to help you be heard. I will not be posting any photos showing any protesters faces in order to protect them, I hope my fellow photographers will do the same.
